Heteranassa sp.
Heteranassa mima and Heteranassa fraterna are both known from Inyo County where your sighting is from (BTW please change the county to Inyo, instead of "CA County"). These two are a very tough pair of species (in fact, Don Lafontaine thinks they are probably the same species), and can be hard to distinguish where their ranges overlap, as in this case.
