I flushed it twice and it flew a short distance to another weed.

I had overlooked Jim Vargo's pale yellow/washed-out photo. Your photo is much better, showing the black subterminal dots clearly. Both images moved from Moths to new species page.

Probably 9078 - Eumestleta recta
... but I have not seen E. irresoluta, and there might be additional members of the genus from south of the Keys. I shot this specimen labeled E. recta in the reference collection at Archbold Biological Station.
