Not carabidae
Looks more like an Anthicidae or something close to that.

Thanks, I was not even aware of the Anthicidae.......I was sure it was some type of Carabidae. Looks like it could be Ischyropalpus sp. ?

 
Can't see the characters you need.
You would need a ventral shot of most beetles to ID to family, let alone past family. It could resemble a genus, but I'm not even positive it's Anthicidae, just a suggestion.
