Possible Parhelophilus or Helophilus? - Anasimyia

this was one of a pair mating on some Prunus flowers in an area bordering a cattail marsh. It looks like it might be a Parhelophilus or a Helophilus species, but I could not see the face and this is the only shot I managed before it (she?) flew off. Any ID help would be appreciated.
