After looking at other photos
After looking at other photos and comparing, we can safely say this is Cylindroiulus sp. The lack of an epiproct and its size supports that.

It might be Cylindroiulus. Did it have striations all around its diplosegments?

 
Striations
It appeared to be smooth and glossy, no striations, but I did not have my hand lens with me. Zooming in on my photo I do not see any either, but that may be a limit of my camera.
