I don't believe this dragonfly to be a MeadowHawk. The shape of these wings seem broader to me and more rounded at the tips. Also the wing vein lattice seems to be different to me. However I have no real other suggestion.

I think that is just the angle of wing relative to the position of the camera. If you were more perpendicular to the body of the insect, the wings would have looked different. In this case you were perpendicular to the wing surface and therefore that changed how they look. To me this is a Meadowhawk.
