phrysolepis? - Lacon pyrsolepis

phrysolepis? - Lacon pyrsolepis
Bandelier, Los Alamos County, New Mexico, USA
June 22, 2009
Size: ~16mm
At a camp ground near Banelier, under bark of a very dead Ponderosa pine.
Reference
Differences I noticed were, elytra setae pattern over all specled, Elytra more rounded at the ends and the presence of setae on the ventral side.
Hope the pic's are good enough for Baline to confirm an ID...thanks

Confirmed after examination of specimen; the tarsal grooves on the hypomeron are quite indeed different then your specimen from Sandoval County.

Moved from Lacon.

well...
from what I can see in the images, the tarsal grooves suggest L. phrysolepis...but I've been burned enough with these guys I'd prefer to actually see the specimen before hanging my hat on the ID.
