I think so, but I'm no expert at IDing these
I use the double diamond-like pattern off the costa to separate it from the other similar one. That, however, isn't something that's diagnostic. Also not diagnostic, is the white bar I often notice (not always - depends on angle and light) that runs across the thorax at the point where wings join the body in your picture.
