this looks to be Phyllonorycter lucidicostella - Lesser Maple Leaf Blotch Miner - Hodges#0765
even at this angle, the markings along the costal margin are discernable.

P. argentifimbriella
I would go with P. argentifimbriella, because the subcostal line and the short costal dash that it nearly meets apically are dark brown, in contrast with the golden color in the apical area of the wing, whereas in P. lucidicostella, all markings are of the golden color.
