Does anyone know what kind of tick this is?

Tick
I believe it is a female Gulf Coast Tick, Amblyomma maculatum, but another should confirm.

Compare:

Edit:
OK, I don't know, it may be in Dermacentor.

It's Dermacentor.
Notice the beak-like hypostome of Amblyomma is longer than the basal width, while in Dermacentor, the hypostome is not longer, as in the specimen at issue.
Also, note the close similarity in the shape of the white area in Dermacentor and the specimen at issue, versus the more elongate shape in Amblyomma
