Urozelotes rusticus - male

Urozelotes rusticus - Male
Amarillo, Potter County, Texas, USA
May 8, 2015
Came scurrying out from behind a covered electrical outlet next to the front door as I tapped it. I captured it in a plastic container to photograph it.

Keyed this guy out myself with "Spiders of North America: an identification manual" by Ubick et al.

Mystery solved!
Took it to my university and identified it myself there. I love that manual so much. It's a lifesaver I tell you.

Mystery Solved!
And what was your ID? =]

ID
Urozelotes rusticus. Compared palp structure to the illustration in the book and it was a perfect match. I updated the information already. Does it have a species page?

Sweet!
I see you moved it already. Thanks Lynette!

Patience
is a virtue, so I'll cross my fingers and hope someone comes by and takes a stab at identifying this. Thanks Lynette.
