I'm not even sure where to even start with this guy. It was photographed in a mixed upland sandy hardwood/pine forest on the coastal plain. Thanks for the help.

Tegulae are black in A. erythrocephala but orange here. I don't see the subapical spine on the fore tibia that distinguishes Acantholyda. Possibly Cephalcia frontalis instead.
