Anthonomus nebulosus LeConte, 1876

Identification
this individual lacks the typically well-defined inverted V-shape pattern on the elytra, however specimens of A. nebulosus are notorious for being subject to abrasion if not handled carefully in collecting and processing. (H.R. Burke, pers. comm. to MAQ, 2015)
