Images moved based on Jeff Skevington's comments regarding identifying characteristics for the genus.

If I am seeing the genitalia
If I am seeing the genitalia correctly, this is Elmohardyia, a close relative of Eudorylas. Elmohardyia have very asymmetrical claspers (surstyli) for holding the females (this is a male). The left surstylus here appears very elongate so my money is on Elmohardyia. Elmo Hardy was the world expert on Pipunculidae for many years, hence the interesting patronym.
