Found on a cultivated
Spiraea
. Same species as this which I found a few years ago, which was never ID:
When disturbed it would curl into an S-shape.

This perfectly matches the description of bivittata, and it is the only North American Pristiphora known to feed on Spiraea. Prous et al. (2017) list only Filipendula, Geum, and Rubus as hosts for P. pallidiventris.

Pristiphora sp. at least
may be P. bivittata but there are several species on Spiraea.
For example, P. pallidiventris also looks like.
