Ventral ID characters of Genistogethes carinulatus explained:

First sternite with impressed lines in middle well distant from hind margin of metacoxae (badly visible above - see fig. 2 for understanding)

In males, metasternum widely, distinctly impressed in center; last sternite with raised, transverse ridge, slightly bent forwards in middle; this ridge about as long as 1/3rd of basal width of sternite.
