What is going on here? -

I found this oleander moth on the beach and when I looked at the picture at home I could see a bug peeking out from underneath. Can it be ID'd from the overly enlarged pic.?

Probably not.
I don't think there is enough of the other insect to make a responsible guess as to it's identity.
