This does look like a phycitine, but I believe it is an epipaschiine, Oneida lunulalis, as seen here.

Kewell, this is Genus Acrobasis which can be seen here . You can scroll through the species quickly at http://mothphotographersgroup.msstate.edu/slow.php?plate=13.1&size=l&sort=h. I am having trouble with a species because the PM line on your moth is worn off in the center. It would have been helpful to have a square lateral view which would show the position of the raised scales in relation to the color bands. My best guess might be A. tumidulella. Not an ID to species.
