little vertical moth - Xanthorhoe ferrugata

This little moth was found just before twilight. I don't know if the way they perch is significant but it was sitting with wings vertical.

I suggest
Xanthorhoe ferrugata - Red Twin-Spot - Hodges#7388

Posture of wings spread is typical for this moth at rest; however, this moth will sometimes be found at rest with wings together
