Came to a mix of halogen spots and UV light. Identification provided last year through the facebook page Moths of the Eastern United States by Patrick Sands and Hugh McGuinness

Doryodes spadaria race grandipennis is the only one in your area.

You are may be right but look at the comments here . Both D. grandipennis and D. bistralis are show by MPG to be around you but none have been reported there. I cannot call it.
