Brown Huntsman Spider
A male Heteropoda venatoria.
They have venom, as with most spiders. However, the venom is not medically significant to people or pets. Likewise, they feed on pests such as cockroaches.

The only North American spiders with medically significant venom are the recluse and black widow spiders. Learn to identify those and you will feel safer with all the others.

P.S. No spider is poisonous because poison has to be injested.
