Drab Green Deer Fly - Silvius sayi

Drab Green Deer Fly - Silvius sayi
Duval County, Texas, USA
September 27, 2012
I suspect that it is a Silvius because wing pattern and overall coloration come closest to this one than anything else I could find in BugGuide: .
Found in the semi-arid brush country of South Texas.
It is injured, but alive. (It shouldn't have tried to bite me.)
Thanks for your help.

Sivlius say?
I'd say Silvius sayi with a weak wing pattern.
