Conanthalictus bakeri - Female
Robert J. Bernard Biological Field Station, Claremont, Los Angeles County, California, USA
April 16, 2015
Size: 4 mm
One of four specimens taken on Phacelia distans. Specimens measured from 4 to nearly 4.5 mm.
Keyed using Michener, et al. (1994)(1)
Note dorsal surface of propodeum longer than metanotum and about as long as scutellum.
Just obtained the Timberlake paper (1961), reviewing this genus, but have to wait a couple of weeks before I can access my specimens again, as well as look at specimens at L.A. County Museum. March 23, 2017: checked my specimens against the collection at NHM LA County. Agree with C. bakery.

Moved from Conanthalictus.
