Beameria sp. Green wings - Beameria - female

Beameria sp. Green wings - Beameria - Female
Tucson, Tucson Mountain Park, Pima County, Arizona, USA
June 1, 2015
Size: 11mm
These cicadas looked similar to the other Beameria sp. seen but they had a green costal margin on the wing instead of the gold coloration.

Beameria venosa
I think this might be Beameria venosa.

Color ...? (& not disagreeing with you on possible id.)
For some species, color may be diagnostic, but for others (like these), I'm a bit hesitant to say for certain.

I have seen brown colored specimens (similar to wheeleri??) in areas where one finds and would expect to only find the green ones (identified as venosa?).

I think most cicada folks would be hesitant to give a conclusive id without the specimen in hand and/or sound files.
