My first thought is a carabid in the genus Clivinia.

 
To me, the postero-lateral an
To me, the postero-lateral angles of the pronotum look rounded what will point to Dyschirius. The angles of the Clivina are more rectangular.

 
Not Dyschirius
This is too large to be that genus, and the hind angles of the pronotum are distinctly oblique, pointing to Clivina.
