Genus Acrobasis is correct, see . Mine I think is a Texas only, or close to it species due to the name, however, you might look at http://mothphotographersgroup.msstate.edu/species.php?hodges=5661 which MPG says has a range that includes Maryland.

I am a "picture reader" so I don't have any way to check this out enough to place your photograph to species. Hopefully some expert will come along to make some species placements.
