In decaying grass pile. Looks like Paederinae; I'm guessing a Lathrobium? Confirmation would be appreciated.

Not Paederinae
but Staphylininae: Xantholinini. Head form may indicate genus Gyrohyp*nus, but can´t be sure told without seeing other characters (close-up of head especially needed).
