ID not confirmed..
Mockford says "I'm not quite sure what species this is. As you have probably noticed, it is not adult. The side view image shows no indication of a subgenital plate, which an adult would show. Specimens in my collection are so old that they show very little color. I suspect it is lepicidinaria, but it is not in the right habitat. They usually stick to rock surfaces, but it might have wandered onto the fern if that is growing out of rock. Sorry I can't be more definite about this one.
