No unfortunately.
I'm planning on sweeping the same area a lot over the next few days. Should I keep a few?

I assume isopropyl should work well...
If so, what % is ideal?

 
Not isopropyl
Isopropyl is actually not a very good preservative. I prefer either 95% ethanol (Everclear will work in the short term) or 95% propylene glycol (available at every auto store).

 
Okay.
I have a number of mites collected today I have temporarily stored in 91% isopropyl (all I have on hand). I'll move them to one of the alcohols you mentioned within a few days.
