Wow! a psocid from Idaho!!!
Wing venation looks like Amphigerontia. Any chance you could send me specimens the next time you encounter psocids? Due to range and wing pattern this could be amphigerontia bifasciata.

ID confirmed by E.L. Mockford; he says,"I would like to see it."
