I think Melangyna labiatarum
I think Melangyna labiatarum - the wing (specifically the costal cell) looks trichose to me, the scutellum not notably darker along the posterior edge except at the sides, the eye mostly bare with scattered short hairs, and the facial stripe present and dark.
