Grasshopper with blue tibia - Metator pardalinus - male

Grasshopper with blue tibia - Metator pardalinus - Male
Bent County, Colorado, USA
June 6, 2015
Size: ~ 26mm to wing tip
This attractive grasshopper with blue tibia and apricot banded wing was seen on the plains at elevation 4051'. We cannot determine the inside color of hind femora. I will post three other images. Our best guess is the Blue-legged grasshopper, Metator pardalinus. Any help is much appreciated.
