Pompilid...Aporus
Maybe Aporus luxus assimilis? From the position of the antennal insertions I think that's a safe call. I think A. hirsutus is the only other species found in Oregon, but they have the antennal insertions VERY low of the face and the malar space very long. That would be at least vaguely noticeable in this photo.
