Agonopterix robiniella
We have two Robinia-feeding Agonopterix spp., those being robiniella and thelmae. Although their larvae are easily differentiated, adults of these two spp. are very similar on external appearance; I can't tell them apart without dissecting them. However, they differ in phenology, with robiniella being the earlier, thelmae the later. June 13 for Ohio is an early enough date that your moth probably can be safely assigned to A. robiniella.
