There were a few of these flying around some decorative plants at a Disney Park. They were very large, over 1.5 inches in length.

Cicada killer
Cicada killer wasp...females search for and paralyze cicadas and bury them in underground nests for offspring to consume...these wasps are harmless and rarely sting...
