I looked through the guide but didn't see one exactly like this but is this a Red-banded Leafhopper - Graphocephala coccinea ? Please help with ID.

Spangbergiella vulnerata
The head is strongly flattened and has a very sharp edge. The oblique red lines on the green head are also distinctive.
