Delmar Cain found this match on MPG and it was confirmed by Dr. Ed. Knudson.

Delmar,

I just had this same moth but I do NOT have any Cypress. So WHAT is it? Haven't had time to go through ALL of the plates.

I feel comfortable with a move to Genus. After lightening your images and without reading your comment, I came up with as a possibility, however there is no BOLD species page for them and it is out of range. Then I went to BOLD at http://www.boldsystems.org/index.php/Taxbrowser_Taxonpage?taxid=59718 and from the spread image and your comment I could agree with you. But I would have to have confirmation to move to species.
