possibly Red-veined Meadowhawk?
Sympetrum madidum? definitely seems to be a meadowhawk, and the solid red abdomen, apparent red wing veins and slight wing pigmentation point to this species... though I've never seen one in the wild so unfortunately I can't be too conclusive

Red wing veins
Thank you for your tentative ID. After looking at sites that tell what features to look for in a red-veined meadowhawk, I realized that I had a photo that better shows some of these features. I am fascinated by how many bright red meadowhawk species visit my small pond.
