Female Somatochlora
That is a teneral female striped emerald (Genus Somatochlora). The spots on the side of the abdomen make S. forcipata a possibility. Is that an ovipositor or a mark in the leaf? If it is an ovipositor, it is not S. forcipata. Do you have a side shot?
