Infested winged aphid on Heliopsis helianthoides - Praon

Apparently fungus infested. Found on the same plant (Heliopsis helianthoides) and near a colony of Uroleucon aphids, perhaps the same species I found years ago on the same plants Uroleucon obscuricaudatum .
