Size: appx 3 mm
Several of these tiny colorful hoppers came to the lights. I have posted photos of two individuals. The few similar photos I can find are in Typhlocybinae - Erythroneurini. Most similar to Arboridia crevecoeuri, but not a match. I'm surprised that such a colorful specimen is so difficult to place.

...to search for leafhoppers seen in PA in June--and came up with this:



Took about three minutes. :)
