Blue and yellow bugs - Oncometopia orbona - Male Female

Size: >1 inch
Saw these two on a leaf beside a rural creek in Somerset County, MD. They weren't so wrapped up in their procreation that they didn't notice me or my camera, and were very adept at scurrying in tandem around the edge of the leaf from top to bottom. Thought maybe they were salmonflies, but I've never seen the yellow, stony-looking body and blue wing combination before.
