Size: ~ 5 mm
Caught in aerial sweep. A Sitona perhaps? I believe the black spot on the right elytron is part of the patterning. There was one on the left elytron too.

have checked it with European key - native species can be excluded also.

Sitona, yes.
black spot is nude, therefore abraded.
