I found this on my cats blanket after I pulled it out of the dryer. No other information. I don't kill bugs. Please let me know if this can cause harm to my family.

It might be Hemiscolopendra m
It might be Hemiscolopendra marginata, which is known to get into houses. They can bite and be a bit aggressive, but usually centipedes will run away when they see you. I'll move it to the centipede page for confirmation.
