Tom may very well be right but it is safe to move it here. This is a difficult genus that was recently "cleaned up" by Steve Nanz and he comes along every once and a while and places the new ones to species.

Appears it could be...
...Zanclognatha pedipilalis - Grayish Zanclognatha, since the "subterminal line is straight, stopping short of the apex."
