unknown large bluish dragonfly - Libellula vibrans - male

unknown large bluish dragonfly - Libellula vibrans - Male
Brandermill, Chesterfield County, Virginia, USA
June 25, 2015
Size: 3 - 5 inches
I'm assuming this is a male, as I saw a brown one the same size nearby, laying eggs in a very shallow, very small pond (at the time it was). Since it doesn't have a green mouth, I'm assuming it's not a Pondhawk, and it's too light to be a Slaty-backed Skimmer.
