Cosmopterigidae: Walshia? - Walshia

Cosmopterigidae: Walshia? - Walshia
Turtle River State Park, Grand Forks County, North Dakota, USA
June 28, 2015
Size: Length ~ 8-9 mm
Hmmm...too light for Walshia miscecolorella (1615), I think. But does not seem a good match for other Walshia on MPG. Expert attention required.

Moved from Cosmet Moths.

Does not match the description for Walshia miscecolorella very well. There are several similar species in this genus. Dissection is required. See Hodges 1961 here.
