Can you tell me what kind of bug this is that is eating the fly? - Zelus renardii

This insect has been hanging out on my milkweed plant and today I found it eating a fly. It appears to have a hollow tube (tongue?) with which it appears to be sucking the insides out of the fly. I don't have a macro lens but was able to put my camera right up to the tableau, this was the best shot I could get. Cropped it heavily even then. Hopefully you can see enough for an identification. Thank you.

Bingo. Have seen the nymph too so good match. I feel lucky to have a shot of the eating mechanism.
