Tiny Purple Springtail - Lepidocyrtus
Seattle, King County, Washington, USA
May 11, 2007
Size: 2mm ormaybe a little less
I found this with the other purple springtails. It was very, very tiny. I don't know if it's just a juvenile or a different species.

Moved

Lepidocyrtus sp.
Adult specimen. Family = Entomobryidae.
Covered with tiny scales giving the metallic iridisation.
