. Upon review, this is inconsistent with all recorded north america Ctenarytaina; while the venation is similar, the female genital segment is far too short. Instead, this may be the Lemongum Psyllid
Cryptoneossa triangula
, but while structurally similar the coloration is quite peculiar. Alternatively, maybe it's none of the above, and it's a new introduced australian eucalypt psyllid, which wouldn't surprise me at all. Will try to photograph and collect a male before further judgment.
